Well its Monday so I got on the scale. I have to say I didn't like having to wait. I usually get on every morning to check. But it did help me stick to my calorie counter. I had it set to lose 1 pound this past week to ease back into it. I'll change it back to 2 for this week. I didn't lose an entire full pound but that's okay.

20 min cardio on the elliptical. I'm not happy with it. I just couldn't breath today. But I pushed myself to 100 calories burned. Its better than nothing.
