No gym last week, I know fail! But I'm so proud of myself sticking to my diet. Everything has been healthy and under my calories for the day!

OH my goodness! Such an amazing book

I am so excited to share this book and my opinion, I already had everyone at work reading it!

003. Stick to healthy eating
I'm actually enjoying this. I feel great... actually I feel like a new person, lots of energy and I never feel sluggish
