Monday Weigh In


As a way to try and keep myself focused and on track I want to weigh myself every Monday. This way I have something to look forward to. Something that will keep me going. I wont get on the scale until Monday. If I feel that I have a had a good past week then Ill treat myself to something special. Id like it to not always be food, maybe a lazy day, or a trip to a book store, or a mini shopping trip. I'm very excited about this idea. I think it could work. This way I can keep track of it as I go, and in the long run maybe be even more of a motivation than I intend it to be. So here it is my first
